The
thick leather is placed over solid Peruvian mahogany wood tops.
You need to feel
the thick leather tops. The pictures do not do these stools
justice. Makes a great unique footstool or use it as a step to
reach that book on the top shelf. I own one that was passed down
to me by my mother. Mine is over 35 years old and still just as
beautiful as the day it was given to my mother. Every now and
then I polish it with shoe polish and it looks brand new again.
These beautiful
foot stools are handmade in the Andes Mountains of Peru.
The unique tops
are hand-tooled and carved leather with motifs taken from Inca
tradition.
